Crew dancers will be given the opportunity to learn, train, grow, perform, compete and travel in a supportive, encouraging, hard working environment. We offer incredible opportunities for all dancers, including performances at local events, state competitions, local competitions, workshops, videos, studio events and much more.

To represent Doves & Dimes on a competitive level, our crew members need to be role models on and off

the dance floor . Our Crew members are trained and mentored by Emman and Pania with the oppurtunity to work with industry professionals.

AUDITIONS 

​

In January of every year we audition for the current years intake of crew members.

All previous members are required to re - audition. All Crew members will have compulsory requirements they must commit to for the year ahead.
