Crew dancers will be given the opportunity to learn, train, grow, perform, compete and travel in a supportive, encouraging, hard working environment. We offer incredible opportunities for all dancers, including performances at local events, state competitions, local competitions, workshops, videos, studio events and much more.
Boys Crew
5-8 Years
Our Boys Crew is all about movement, rhythm, and attitude. A space for young boys to grow in strength, coordination, and confidence through freestyle and team-based training.
Lil Groovers
9-12 Years

Full of energy and style, Lil Groovers is perfect for passionate dancers building confidence and foundation in hip hop and commercial styles. Big talent in small packages!
Doves
13+ Years
Doves are our rising stars — a dynamic crew of young teens developing their performance skills, teamwork, and stage presence through advanced choreography and mentorship.
D&D
Open Age
Our senior crew, D & D is for driven dancers ready to train hard, perform big, and represent the heart of Doves & Dimes. This crew brings power, precision, and passion to every stage.
Doves & Dimes Competition Crews
At Doves & Dimes Dance Academy, our Competition Crew Program is designed for dancers who are ready to train at an elite level and represent our studio with excellence — both on and off the dance floor.
Crew members are mentored and trained directly by Emmanuel Rodriguez (Justice Crew) and Pania Taku(SYTYCD), with opportunities to work with top industry professionals, attend workshops, and perform at major events and competitions.

Auditions
Auditions for our competition crews take place every January for the new year’s intake.
All returning members must re-audition annually.
Crew dancers must commit to all compulsory training and performance requirements throughout the year
